Biomechanics of deflections.
What is the correct deflection, work with fear in the bridges, the nature of pain in the deflections. On the example of Uddha Dhanurassana we will analyze from a to myself the work of the muscular apparatus, work with blind areas in the bridges and understand what to do with it.
